How it works
From sign-up to a card in your dashboard
Five steps, each one visible in your account. Here is what happens, who does what, and how long it takes.
-
Step 1
Create your account
Sign up with your name, email address and a strong password, then confirm the email we send you. It takes about a minute, and nothing is charged.
- You need an email address you can check
- One account per person or business
-
Step 2
Turn on two-factor sign-in
Scan the QR code with any authenticator app and save your recovery codes somewhere safe. From then on every sign-in, and every time you reveal card details, asks for a fresh code.
- Works with any TOTP authenticator app
- Two-factor sign-in cannot be switched off
-
Step 3
Choose the budget
Enter the balance the card should hold — $10.00 to $5,000.00. The page shows the 15% top-up charge, the $5.00 issue fee and the total to pay before you continue.
- Add a holder name if your ad account needs one
- The total is locked when the order is created
-
Step 4
Pay for the order
Pay on the secure online checkout and the payment is confirmed to us automatically, or send crypto to the wallet shown and submit the transaction ID so our team can match it.
- Online checkout: nothing to copy or submit
- Wallet transfer: follow the network shown exactly
-
Step 5
A person reviews it and issues the card
Once the payment is confirmed the order shows “Paid – awaiting card”. A team member checks it and issues the card, and we email you when it is ready. Paid orders usually get their card within a few hours.
- Card details stay encrypted until you reveal them
- You can follow every status in “My orders”
Order statuses
What each status means
You see one of these on every order in your dashboard.
The order exists and the total is locked, but no payment has been confirmed yet. You can resume payment from the order.
You submitted a transaction ID for a wallet payment. Our team is matching it to the blockchain.
The payment provider confirmed the full amount. A team member will issue your card.
A payment arrived but it does not match the total. Open a support ticket and we will sort it out with you.
Your card is in “My cards”. Reveal the details with a fresh authenticator code.
The order could not be completed. The reason is on the order page and in your email.
After you get the card
Using it on an ad platform
Add the card in the billing section of your ad account like any other card. A few habits keep payments running smoothly:
-
Match the billing details
Use the holder name and billing address shown with your card.
-
Keep a small buffer
Platforms can bill more than once a day; leave room above your planned spend.
-
Mind the currency
If an account bills in another currency, conversion can raise the charge.
-
Follow platform policies
Every platform has its own ad rules. You must follow them — we cannot change their decisions.
Give your next campaign its own card
