These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between you and BuyAdsCard ("we", "us"), the service available at buyadscard.com. They apply to your account, to each card ordered through it and to how those cards are used. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of the same agreement. Registering or placing an order means you accept all three; if you don't, please don't use the service.
1. What we do
1.1 Through your account you can order prepaid virtual cards, pay using the options listed at checkout, and — after one of our team has reviewed the paid order — find the card's details in your dashboard.
1.2 The service is built around paying for online advertising and the marketing tools that go with it. Other lawful online payments are allowed, but our support and policies are written with ad spend in mind.
1.3 BuyAdsCard is neither a bank nor an e-money firm, and it doesn't issue cards itself. Third-party issuing partners provide the cards, so their rules and the card networks' rules apply alongside ours. Money on a card is not a deposit, has no deposit-protection cover and earns no interest.
1.4 Nothing is automated end to end: a human approves every card before it exists.
2. Independence from advertising platforms
2.1 Not affiliated with any advertising platform: we have no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from any ad network, search engine, social network or marketplace. If a platform's name ever appears on our website, it only describes where customers might spend.
2.2 Platforms decide on their own which cards to accept, how and when to bill, how to review ads and accounts, and when to restrict them. We can't influence those decisions or overturn them.
3. Following each platform's rules
3.1 You agree to follow the advertising policies, terms of service, community standards and billing rules of every platform you pay with one of our cards, together with any law that applies to your ads.
3.2 Our cards may not be used to work around a platform's decisions. That means no funding a new or replacement account after a suspension or restriction, no concealing who you are from a platform, no showing reviewers something different from what the audience sees, and no buying ad formats a platform has refused you.
3.3 A platform declining a card, restricting an account or keeping a balance is between you and that platform. It doesn't widen what our Refund Policy allows.
4. Who may sign up
Users must be adults (18+) with legal capacity to agree to these Terms. People located in, or residents of, countries under comprehensive sanctions — and anyone on a sanctions list — are not allowed. One account per person or business, used for your own work or for clients who authorised you to act for them.
5. Keeping your account safe
5.1 Accurate details are required, and the email on file has to stay reachable; that's where order news, security warnings and refund decisions go.
5.2 Two-factor authentication is compulsory. Before the dashboard opens you connect an authenticator app; a fresh code is then needed at every sign-in and whenever card details are revealed.
5.3 Treat your password, the phone running your authenticator and your recovery codes as private. Our team will never request them.
5.4 Activity on your account is your responsibility. Suspect someone else got in? Change the password and write to [email protected] immediately.
5.5 Resetting two-factor sign-in involves identity checks and isn't instant. If you lose the authenticator and the recovery codes together, getting back to your cards will take longer.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Each card holds an amount you choose between $10.00 and $5,000.00; the live limits appear on the order page.
6.2 You pay that balance plus two fees: an issue fee ($5.00 per card at present) and a top-up charge (15% of the balance at present). The order page shows the total before you commit, and our system fixes it when the order is created. Figures sent from a browser never decide the price.
6.3 Payment works one of two ways, depending on what's on offer when you order: a payment provider's hosted checkout, or a crypto transfer to the wallet shown in your dashboard followed by the transaction ID. Use the currency, network, address and amount exactly as displayed, and cover any network or withdrawal fees yourself so the full total lands.
6.4 Checkout payments count once the provider confirms them to us. Wallet transfers count once our team has matched the transaction ID to the right amount on the blockchain. A transaction ID can belong to one order only. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
6.5 Fees and limits can change. Changes only affect orders created afterwards.
7. Reviewing orders
7.1 Every paid order, including the amount actually received, is checked by a team member before a card is issued. Paid orders usually get their card within a few hours. These are typical times, not commitments; peaks in demand, slow confirmations or questions for you can stretch them.
7.2 We may turn down an order — for instance when a payment can't be confirmed, details don't match, or the order appears to break these Terms.
8. When a payment goes wrong
8.1 Short payment. The order waits for review and can't be completed as is. Contact support: you may top up the difference or get back what arrived, less network costs.
8.2 Overpayment. We'll get in touch about returning or using the surplus, less network costs.
8.3 Wrong network, currency or address. Such transfers may be lost for good. We'll make a reasonable attempt to help but accept no liability for those losses.
8.4 Late or unconfirmed transfers are dealt with after confirmation.
9. Card use
9.1 Each merchant or platform decides whether to accept a card. Some refuse prepaid or virtual cards, and acceptance anywhere isn't guaranteed.
9.2 Spending is limited to the available balance and to the card's validity period. Balances can't be topped up; for more budget, order another card.
9.3 Card details work like cash in the wrong hands, so keep them private.
9.4 A card may be frozen by us or by the issuer at any moment to protect you, to look into unusual activity or to comply with the law.
10. Uses that are not allowed
Neither the service nor any card may be used:
- for fraud, with stolen money or stolen accounts, or to mislead a merchant, platform or person;
- to advertise or buy goods or services that are illegal for you or your audience, including weapons, drugs, counterfeits and any material exploiting children;
- to cloak ads — hiding their true content or landing page from reviewers — or to run ads designed to deceive;
- to dodge a platform's review, suspension, restriction or ban, including by opening or funding replacement accounts;
- to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or disguise the origin of funds;
- for gambling or any regulated activity without the required licence;
- to abuse refunds, chargebacks, trials, coupons or promotional credit;
- to sell or pass on cards or their details, or to register accounts under someone else's identity;
- to probe, scrape, overload or tamper with our systems.
Suspected crimes may be reported to the authorities, and we cooperate with lawful requests.
11. Refunds
The Refund Policy governs refunds. Summary: balance only; a never-charged card is refunded in full; a charged card only when $500.00 or more remains, minus a 10% commission; fees are kept.
12. Suspending or closing accounts
If we reasonably believe these Terms or a platform's rules have been broken, that an account or card is at risk, or that something fraudulent or unlawful is happening — or when the law or our partners demand it — we may suspend or close the account, freeze cards, refuse orders or hold balances, whether or not we warn you first. When allowed, we'll explain why. You can close your account whenever you like by writing to support; remaining balances are handled under the Refund Policy.
13. Our name and materials
The BuyAdsCard name and logo, this website, its software and its text are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them solely for using the service in the normal way.
14. No guarantees
We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law permits, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, acceptance of a card by any platform or merchant, or any particular processing time. Payment providers, blockchains, issuers and advertising platforms are independent third parties.
15. Limits of liability
To the extent the law permits: (a) indirect and consequential losses, lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill or advertising performance are excluded; (b) we're not responsible for losses that come from your own errors, from advertising platforms, merchants, issuers or payment networks, or from anyone using your sign-in details; (c) for any single claim, we are liable for no more than the fees you paid us over the 3 months that preceded whatever caused it. Liability that cannot legally be limited is unaffected.
16. Compensating us
If our losses, costs or claims arise from your breach of these Terms, of a platform's policies or of the law, or from misusing the service or a card, you agree to cover them.
17. Updates
These Terms may change. The latest version, with its "last updated" date, is always on this page, and important changes are announced by email or in your dashboard. If you go on using the service after an update, you accept it.
18. Applicable law
The law of the jurisdiction from which BuyAdsCard operates governs these Terms, setting aside conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections in your home country that can't be waived still apply. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most problems are easier to fix informally.
19. Contact
Write to [email protected] about these Terms, or open a ticket from your dashboard.
