The problem we kept running into
Anyone who runs online ads knows the routine. A campaign is ready, the budget is approved, and then the billing screen asks for a card. The company card is shared by six people. The personal card should never touch client money. The bank flags the third ad charge of the week as unusual. And at the end of the month, someone has to untangle which charge belonged to which client.
BuyAdsCard exists to make that part boring. You choose how much ad budget a card should hold, pay for it, and get a prepaid virtual card that does one job: paying for the ads you planned. When the money on the card is spent, the spending stops. Nothing else on your accounts is exposed.
Who it is for
- Marketers and media buyers who want each campaign, brand or ad account on its own card with its own limit.
- Freelancers who manage ads for clients and prefer not to run client budgets through a personal card.
- Agencies that need a tidy trail of what was loaded, for whom and when.
- Small businesses that want a fixed monthly ad budget that cannot quietly grow.
How we run things
A person checks every paid order. Payments are confirmed first — automatically by the payment provider for online checkout, or by our team against the network for wallet payments — and then a team member reviews the order before a card is issued. It is slower than a vending machine and that is deliberate.
The price is on the page. Each card costs the balance you load, plus a $5.00 issue fee and a 15% top-up charge on that balance. You see the full total before you pay, and it is locked the moment your order is created.
Your account is protected by default. Two-factor sign-in is required for every customer and every staff member, card details are stored encrypted and are only shown after a fresh authenticator code, and staff actions are recorded in an audit log.
Refund rules are written down. The refund policy spells out exactly what can come back and what cannot, so nobody has to argue about it.
What we are not
BuyAdsCard isn't a bank and never lends money. The cards themselves come from third-party issuing partners, whose terms apply too. Money loaded on a card is prepaid spending money — not a savings deposit, and it earns nothing.
We are also not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any advertising platform. Our cards are a way to pay ad bills; whether a platform accepts a particular card, and how it reviews your ads and your account, is entirely up to that platform.
Where we draw the line
A card from us will not help anyone break an ad platform's rules. We do not serve customers who want to get around account restrictions, run misleading ads, hide what an ad really promotes, or pay with money that is not theirs. Every customer agrees to follow the policies of each platform they advertise on, and we close accounts that do not. The full list is in our terms.
