If you've never ordered a card from BuyAdsCard before, this guide walks you through the whole journey: creating an account, securing it, choosing a balance, paying and finally revealing the card so you can add it to an ad account. Each step shows what you'll see on screen and what happens behind it.

Before you start

You'll need:

  • an email address you can check right away;
  • a phone with an authenticator app (any app that generates six-digit time-based codes works);
  • a rough idea of the budget the card should hold;
  • a way to pay — the options available are shown at checkout.

Set aside about ten minutes for your part. After you pay, a member of our team reviews the order before the card is issued.

Step 1: Create your account

Open the sign-up page and type your name and email, then pick a password — ten characters or more, with both letters and digits. Accept the terms — including the commitment to follow the policies of every ad platform you pay with your cards — and create the account.

Step 2: Confirm your email

A confirmation email goes out immediately; clicking its link activates the account. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam or promotions folders, then use the button to send a new link.

Step 3: Set up two-factor sign-in

Nobody skips this step: two-factor sign-in is mandatory and stays on permanently. On the setup screen:

  1. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or type the key shown under it.
  2. Enter the six-digit code the app displays to confirm it works.
  3. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe and offline. If your phone ever goes missing, any one of them gets you in — once.

From now on, every sign-in — and every time you reveal card details — asks for a fresh code. Why this matters is covered in how to keep your ad card details safe.

Step 4: Choose the balance

Open Get your card. Type the amount the card should hold, or drag the slider, anywhere from $10.00 to $5,000.00. The order summary updates as you go:

  • Card balance — the money available for ad spend;
  • Top-up charge — 15% calculated on the balance;
  • Issue fee — a flat $5.00;
  • Total to pay — the three added together.

If your ad account's billing profile expects a particular name, enter it as the name on the card; otherwise leave it empty. You can try different amounts on the pricing page before you sign up.

Step 5: Choose how to pay

You'll see the payment methods currently available. There are two kinds.

Online checkout

Choose the online checkout option, tick the box accepting the terms and refund policy, and press Continue to payment. You're taken to the payment provider's page to pay the total. When the provider confirms the payment, your order moves to Paid – awaiting card automatically — there's nothing to copy or submit.

If you close the payment page before paying, open the order under Orders and use Pay now to return. If you've paid but the order still says Awaiting payment, give the network a few minutes and use Check payment status.

Wallet transfer

Choose a wallet option to see the address, a QR code and the network to use. Send exactly the total shown, on exactly that network, then paste the transaction ID into the form. A screenshot of the transfer is optional but speeds up the check. Tick the box confirming you sent the exact total and submit. The order shows Payment under review while our team matches the transfer.

Step 6: Wait for the review

Once payment is in, a team member looks over the order and then issues the card. Paid orders usually get their card within a few hours. Progress is visible on the order page, which shows each stage as it completes. If anything needs your attention — for example, a payment that doesn't match the total — the order page explains what to do, usually by opening a support ticket. Every status is described on how it works.

Step 7: Reveal and use the card

As soon as the card exists, an email and a dashboard notification let you know. Head to My cards, press Reveal details and enter a fresh authenticator code. The full number and security code appear for one minute, then hide again. Copy them into the billing section of your ad account along with the holder name and billing address shown with the card.

Tips for a smooth first order

A handful of small choices make the first order go faster:

  • Pick a realistic balance. Add a little headroom above the budget you plan to spend, because ad platforms don't always charge in neat amounts.
  • Use the exact amount for wallet payments. Copy the total with the copy button rather than typing it, and remember that network fees come on top.
  • Keep the order page open. It shows every stage, the payment details and, if anything is off, what to do next.
  • Add the screenshot. For wallet transfers, an image of the completed transfer helps our team match it quickly.
  • Turn on email notifications in your inbox. The confirmation, the order update and the "card is ready" message all come by email, so make sure they don't land in spam.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order several cards at once?

Each order creates one card, but you can place as many orders as you need — for example, one per client or campaign.

Can I change the balance after ordering?

The total is locked when the order is created, and cards can't be reloaded later. If you need more budget, order another card.

What if I lose my phone before the card arrives?

Use a saved recovery code to get in, then raise a ticket asking us to remove the old authenticator — after that you can link the new phone.

Recap

Create the account, confirm your email, connect your authenticator, choose a balance, pay with the method that suits you and wait for the review. When the card arrives, reveal it with a fresh code and add it to your ad account. After the first time, the whole process takes a couple of minutes of your time.
